Role Description My client is seeking a skilled Programme/Project Planner to join their project management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong project planning, scheduling, and monitoring background. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update the project programme in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring integration of all project activities and alignment with project goals. Work closely with all stakeholders to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables, translating these into detailed plans and schedules. Proactively identify and report on project delays, offering solutions and adjustments to senior management. Implement and manage the planning, monitoring, and control processes stipulated by the contract, ensuring timely communication and reporting progress, risks, and changes leading to revised programme submission. Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to facilitate the early warning process, identify potential risks and changes, and contribute to developing mitigation strategies. Ensure the accurate and timely submission of revised programs, forecasts, and revisions, supporting the management of compensation events and contract modifications. Required Skills Experience in Primavera P6. Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills. Proactive to ensure business governance is met. A strong willingness to learn and develop.
