Supporting the commercial, contractual and project management activities associated with building a fibre network. The Project Administrator will support the wider project team to ensure the projects are clearly tracked, managed and monitored, and delivered in accordance with the project plan. Description Support the project management of a portfolio of projects across the business Work closely with the internal teams and design/build partners to ensure that plans are updated and reports maintained to reflect progress within the reporting cycle Measure and report on project performance internal and externally Coordinate and document design and build partner meetings Co-ordinate change management Commercial systems updates, along with cost tracking and financial reconciliation Support in development of timely and accurate cost, value and progress data Support the assessment, review and mitigation of project risks and prepare a risk and opportunity register Facilitate lessons learnt exercises at the various stages of the life-cycle Support development and maintenance of H&S documentation Ensure project governance and associated documentation is kept current and is driving project delivery Coordinate project quality controls Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they remain engaged and informed throughout the project Drive collaboration to ensure project deliverables meet the business need and deliver value Profile Previous experience in a project administration role Experience of or ability to compile clear and concise technical and non-technical reports Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management skills Good numerical and computer literacy skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel Job Offer Pay is up to £140 daily for 6 months, with a strong possibility of turning into a permanent role Opportunity to work in a thriving technology and telecoms company. Lorien are currently working with a leading award and certification organisation who are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will work across a number of tech and digital transformation projects and business initiatives. Using Agile principles, you will provide support in the day to day running of projects, covering the full project lifecycle from initial analysis/discovery stage; through to testing and deployment of the solution into a live environment and post 'go live' processes. Responsibilities: Support Project Manager with day to day running of projects Create and Manage project documentation / delivering appropriate governance activity - project plan, meeting minutes and actions and status reports Support team ceremonies for active projects as required; sprint planning, agreeing sprint goals, review, retros and standups Lead/participate in sub-project activities/workstreams Stakeholder engagement and collaboration Create test plans and schedules required for the project and liaise with the business Experience/Skills required: At least 12 months experience in a PMO/Project Coodinator or similar role Strong communication skills - written and verbal Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisation skills Strong influencing skills Experience of communicating with IT/Technical teams to understand technical perspectives Self motivated, committed and enthusiastic with a positive attitude Good problem solving skills Attention to detail The role is paying up to £26,000 with excellent benefits.
