They now require a Project Support Coordinator to join their team to be based on-site on a large live project in Northumberland. Role Purpose: Based on one or more projects as sole administration support for their Project Team, the Project Support Coordinator will be required to maintain professional working relationships and communicate for and on behalf of the team by providing efficient, effective, timeless support in delivering high performing projects. Responsibilities Include: Labour: Collation of data from daily labour allocation sheets to provide weekly Payroll submission utilising Donseed and Microsoft Systems. Submission of new starter information to HR to comply with legal, health & safety requirements and data protection. Plant: Processing of hires, off hires, purchases, operated hire, repairs and exchanges in supporting the project's needs using Coins and AssetTagz software. Material: Raising material requisitions as and when required by the Project Team, receipting of goods delivered via Coins and AssetTagz. Actioning weekly unmatched invoices report and managing any delivery queries. Maintaining stationery levels and ordering consumables through Buysite. Quality: Updating of the Environmental Waste Management register, uploading documents and issuing clients with environmental data. Health & Safety: Maintaining an up-to-date register of employee training competencies to meet Health and Safety standards. Reporting: Issuing timely reports to the Commercial Team, Project Team and Project Support Lead. General Administration: Ad-hoc administration such as; booking accommodation, travel, meetings, fund-raising and catering for events. Fund Raising: Assisting the Project Team with charity events and promoting the Company Foundation. Construction Project Assistant Location: Capenhurst Rate: £23.54 per hour PAYE JOB PURPOSE To provide a range of technical and practical project support to the UNS Project & Construction Team, including but not limited to assistance to the Construction Site Team and their day to day deliverables, ensuring the construction site and working area is kept in a secure and safe condition, escort duties, control of transport, assistance to the Clerks of Works in respect of quality records & checking, administrative support , rollout and maintenance of the construction team's Obeya Centres and other activities undertaken by the department. Provides technical support to the the wider team which includes but is not limited to: Assist with Planning and scheduling work supporting the wider team in delivering small sized projects and work packages as part of the wider B300 programme. Supporting the wider team in providing status updates to various programmes to ensure they are implemented and delivered to plan. Supporting the role out and maintenance of the Level 3 Obeya Boards and their integration into the Level 2 meetings. Maintaining a safe and secure working site area. Reinstatement & Maintenance of Site Signage & Notices. Updating of Site Logistics Plans and Traffic Management. Keeping of Labour Records and daily work activities. Assisting with facilitating and access for the Quality Inspections. Assisting with facilitating and access for Health Physics Monitoring. Providing escort cover for deliveries and temporary Site visitors. Monitor the performance of the Site Water Management Plan. Planning tasks completed within agreed timescales and to the right quality. Ensuring the delivery of accountabilities support and do not hinder the prescribed standards of Saftey, Quality & Enviromental required by the Project and Construction Delivery Plan. Coordinates logistics for meetings and prepares required paperwork in advance, anticipating the needs of the team by organising material for discussion including, agendas, minutes, presentations and reports. Successfully maintains both electronic and paper based office systems supporting the archiving and document control as required. Ad hoc requests for information support Provide plans to cover upcoming issues, reports and meetings Prepare and collate presentations, reports and meeting material in a timely manner Analyses data on behalf of others, formats data and ensures its appropriate presentation Assist with the production of Plant Modification Proposals (PMPs) and Quality Plans to support decommissioning projects. Co-ordinate with the project team, external delivery partners and site security department to manage security applications and other security related activities.
