CAD Technician (Hybrid) needed in Bournemouth, £20.31ph PAYE - Reference: 5251161 Hybrid Role with on site time required locally 1. To contribute as a team member to the efficiency and effectiveness of Facilities Management by providing a support service to the client through the provision of graphical and textural building data. 2. To produce and manage high quality drawings of the client's corporate buildings, using the latest AutoCAD Architecture software which contain multiple layers of data including area, asbestos and fire information. 3. To undertake space utilisation analysis and produce creative design solutions to improve effective and efficient use of office space within the clients corporate buildings. 4. To support the clients accommodation project by providing detailed drawings, plans, elevations and sections as required 5. To assist in the storage of electronic data relating to the client's corporate buildings within the Facilities Management data area on behalf of all members of Property Management. We are looking for a hard working individual looking to progress in this industry and create industry leading brands. Roles and Responsibilities: Presenting on TikTok live stream. You will be hosting the brand's live stream on their TikTok channel. You will need to familiarise yourself with their products and services in order to achieve a successful live stream. You will produce short, creative videos for their TikTok brand account on a weekly basis to drive brand awareness and attract new customers. You will use your excellent knowledge to generate sales on TikTok Shop via livestream and videos in conjunction with their marketing team. Also, you will brainstorm with their team to produce more creative and unique ways of promoting the brand. Conduct research and gather relevant information to develop content ideas Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy. Collaborate with marketing team to develop content marketing strategies Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation Liaise with their digital agency and work alongside and collaborate with influencers Skills and Requirements Confident and comfortable being in front of a camera Talkative, friendly and able to apply a customer-focused approach Be able to demonstrate use of social media platforms to promote products Passionate about cosmetic and lifestyle/gifting products Ability to work within a team and as an individual Previous retail experience in similar sectors is preferred Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
