I am currently supporting my Kent based client to find a Project Manager to join the team, focusing primarily on London based assignments. The role has arisen due to continued success of the business and this is the ideal role for candidates who are confident in overseeing multiple projects whilst managing stakeholder relationships, risk management, reporting and planning. Main responsibilities will include: - Developing project plans, managing timelines and budgets for simultaneous projects - Coordinating with cross-functional teams and conducting kick-off meetings - Monitor project progress, hosting meetings and providing updates - Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle - Assessing and mitigating risks, identifying and implementing process enhancements as required - Maintaining accurate project documentation and generating reports You will be able to demonstrate experience managing project simultaneously ideally within an architectural background. You will be confident in dealing with main contractors as well as subcontractors and have a strong understanding of methodologies, tools and best practices

Position Overview: Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems and installations, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying size and complexity. As a key member of our team, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of plumbing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on plumbing systems and installations. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices. Proven track record of successfully managing plumbing projects of varying size and complexity. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary project teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, CPD) preferred but not required. Facilitating conflict resolution and decision making. Coach the Team in self-organization and cross-functionality encouraging them to operate on a selfmanaged basis. Facilitating resolution of the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner / project manage (more scope) Reminding the team of their commitment to the project goal Helping the team to identify and resolve impediments. Provide feedback to the team, helping them to continually improve. Resolve blockers that stop the team progressing
