We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to cover maternity leave, the role is to start ASAP for a duration of at least 9 months, with the possibility of a contract extension.
Our client is a global industry leader currently; this role supports circa 300 employees across four sites.
Based in South Wales or Gloucestershire plus biweekly travel one day a week to either Surrey or Hampshire (car allowance is included)
In this newly created role, reporting into their HR Manager, you will play a key role in modernising their HR function, proactively supporting processes and will be a key driving force behind a positive work place culture.
