Full time role based in Portbury Job Summary: The Display Project Manager is a key role, managing a team of fitters and an assistant, to coordinate the installation of displays of our products in Customer showrooms, our own showroom and in our fleet of mobile show trucks. There is no travel required in the role, but the team of Fitters work across the country to create the installations to our exacting standards. Key tasks will include: Operating a suitable process for the scheduling and management of work. Receiving and processing display requests from the external sales team and ordering those products. Establishing, communicating and overseeing work schedules through strong diary management Ensuring delivery of products and materials to the site of installation in a timely manner. Forecasting future workload and planning the necessary resource accordingly. Managing the team of Fitters and the Product Display Assistant. Using site information to create scale drawings / CAD designs using Virtual Worlds software of showrooms to ensure product and display materials will fit into the designated area ready for the fitters to install. Working with Marketing to ensure correct and current ranges are incorporated into display schemes and show trucks. Skills and experience: Project Management skills and experience Experience managing a team of people SAP experience An understanding of the Virtual Worlds (www.virtualworlds.co.uk) platform & other CAD related software packages would be an advantage.
