We are seeking a Project Officer, to work in a dynamic transformation regional Children's Services programme.
As Project Officer, you will work with colleagues across Children's Services to develop and deliver the programme objectives through planning, co-ordination, progress monitoring and support.
This role will be working in a busy change and transformation programme with a variety of workstreams, with Children's Services.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Officer to join a local authority Housing Advisory Service team in Enfield on a 3-month contract.
The successful candidate will manage and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful planning, implementation, and transition to live operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation of various projects from proposal through to initiation, delivery, and transition to business-as-usual.
About the Role: As a Project Officer for Transformation & Improvement, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination, planning, control, and delivery of projects and programs.
You will be responsible for collecting and maintaining program data, developing and maintaining processes and systems, and ensuring successful project outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across Children's Services to enhance planning and delivery processes and contribute to the establishment of a children's services program office.
This role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support to the Strategic Manager, Project Managers and Finance and Monitoring Officer, enabling them to effectively deliver the programme of projects on time, within budget and within scope, meeting the needs of the organisation.
The role will require excellent communication and organisational skills and will involve liaising at all levels internally as well as working externally with training providers and other external contractors.
Job Purpose
To provide a comprehensive support function to Conwy Employment Service, working across all projects that are part of the Service's portfolio of UK Government's Shared Prosperity Fund projects.
We are currently working with a Local Authority who are looking for a Project Support Officer to be part of a Child-focused transformation programme that will ensure that children, young persons and their families are at the heart of assessment and planning to deliver better outcomes at the same time as addressing the financial challenges budget pressures.

1.1 To support the coordination, planning, control and delivery of projects and programmes by collecting and maintaining programme data in a consistent form
1.2 To provide a range of support to the Transformation and Improvement team by developing and maintaining processes and systems to successfully drive the projects and programmes forward, using effective monitoring methodologies to achieve successful outcomes on time and within budget
1.3 To improve the planning and delivery process of a range of other major programmes within Children's Services as allocated by the Programme Manager
