An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client based in Central Reading, as a Project Administrator, paying an annual salary of up to £25,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. The role will involve supporting the office with general administration and following up on any internal correspondence, highlighting any issues to ensure the work is processed in a timely manner. As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for: Administrative support for multiple teams using in-house databases. Ensuring projects are compliant with the companies' rules and legislation. First class customer service both to colleagues and external clients Providing front of house services such as telephone, door answering and meeting & greeting visitors Arranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft Teams Producing report appendices & ensure report formatting is completed to a high level.
