In this role you will focus on delivering conversion, refit and refurbishment projects for a retail client portfolio.
Joining a team of 5 in the survey team, you will be working in the retail, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors, in addition to this there will be some occasional topographical surveys to complete.You will also lead the work on BIM modelling of surveyed sites so a good understanding of working in 3D with appropriate software (Cloudworx, Revit, Recap, Cyclone etc) would be needed.
