Project Manager - Social Housing Planned Works
We are working with a leading Social Housing / regeneration contract to recruit a team of proactive Project Managers to deliver Social Housing planned refurbishment schemes, including externals, internals, and high rise FRA works to tenanted housing association properties in Greenwich.
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee complex, high-value void property projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met from start to finish.
This role is pivotal in driving efficient project delivery across a range of repairs and refurbishment initiatives, all while meeting Council and public funding guidelines.
Work with and direct cross functional project teams, facilities managers, staff and external contractors to deliver cost effective, sustainable and compliant projects across the council's property portfolio and provide post project performance reviews.
To support and manage the delivery of projects in support of the Council's short, medium and long-term accommodation plans, including the rationalisation and modernisation of the 199 operational building portfolio.
To aid the development of future accommodation plans and workplace configuration in line with the council new ways of working methodologies.
