My client is seeking an Installations Coordinator to join their business located in the Northampton area.
The Installations Coordinator's role will be to support my clients' customers both internal and external as well as being responsible for booking installations and arranging service calls on my client's products.
In addition, the installations coordinator will be speaking with customers on a daily basis so having strong customer service skills is a must!
Project Manager required to work on a variety of refurbishment projects including alterations and decoration works.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a diverse and challenging range of planned maintenance projects across our villages and schemes nation-wide.
The projects will be focussed on refurbishment, major repairs, alterations, building safety works, as well as managing works to ensure we achieve our goal for ensuring we meet our carbon net-zero target.
The post holder will provide a complete Project Management/Delivery Service from inception to completion, working with in-house colleagues, contractors, surveyors, and consultants on multiple projects ranging in value from £10k to more than £500k.

Our client has a requirement for a bright professional, ideally with some experience working in a construction/trades/property maintenance/DIY related role to join this firm in a varied challenging role.
You will coordinate the day to day works fulfilled by company employees and/or directly engaged trades with focus on the planning and facilitating the components to successfully conduct the works and increasing the Company's profitability.
