The successful candidate would work within the Savills Birmingham Planning Team providing planning services to a wide range of clients in the Midlands.

The team's reach is diverse, with a strong pipeline of regionally significant projects including Strategic Urban Extensions, new settlements, major industrial and logistics developments, retail repurposing and town centre regeneration, major urban mixed-use and commercial, in addition to a wide ranging rural / land owner estate portfolios.
