Job Purpose: As Team Manager you will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of Short Breaks Clubs across Surrey and West Sussex, for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs.
You will take on more advanced calculations on complex schemes (DB and/or DC) and play an active role in mentoring and checking the work of other members of the team.
You will be reporting to the Admin Manager/Team Leader and you will be working as a part of a dedicated client team with diverse skills and experience.
