We are seeking caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our team, providing dedicated support to a young adult with complex needs in our LDA (Learning Disabilities and Autism) business unit.
You will be working closely with an 18-year-old with an acquired brain injury, mild learning disability, anxiety, and ADHD.
Our utility client based in the South West are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to manager the end to end delivery of a smart metering solution for their customers from initial scoping and requirements phase, to roll out and deployment of smart meters.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in the following areas:
Previous large scale smart metering programmes would be highly desirable.
As the Interim Capital Programme Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Housing Capital Programme contracts to achieve the objectives, targets, and priorities of the Council while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
You will oversee a range of projects, including retrofit, compliance, and decent homes initiatives, ensuring they are delivered to cost, quality, and time constraints.
The role entails managing approximately £20 million per annum of spend on a variety of improvement projects to the council's landlord properties within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA).
