A Programme Manager is required for a 6 month contract with the potential to extend for a further 6 months to lead the exit from their current office building to a all remote working environment.
There is also the opportunity further down the line for the organisation to potentially move to a more central PMO and Project model, which you will also be responsible for.
The current building has been sold and they have 12 months to relocate their equipment and IT infrastructure elsewhere.

Provide support to Roads and Tunnels Teams in works delivery as and when required.
1.3 To improve the planning and delivery process of a range of other major programmes within Children's Services as allocated by the Programme Manager

The objective of the role is to deliver strategic management of client Real Estate programmes within the Programme Management Office (PMO).
This includes, but is not limited to, developing and maintaining comprehensive programme planning and control systems, ensuring effective integration and communication across stakeholders, driving momentum and alignment of programme activity, managing risk and escalations, implementing robust compliance and governance protocols and providing ultimate programme oversight.
