Interim Programme Director (Band 9) Location: South East (Hybrid) Rate: £100-115k (depending on experience) Duration: 12 months Start date: ASAP Sector: NHS / Healthcare MLC Partners are delighted to be supporting a long-term client with the search for a highly capable interim Programme Director for a period of 12 months, leading on a significant transformation programme through a period of change for the organisation. This role will have Board exposure and report directly to an Executive Director. You will be responsible for: Lead the development and implementation of the strategically important transformation project and maintain oversight of the programme Engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation and will need demonstrable experience of leading cross-organisational transformation. Leading multi-disciplinary programme resources, defining work, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and programme objectives are clearly articulated and understood Leading and ensuring that system and behaviour changes are consistent with the ambition of the project and are aligned to the Trusts values Continually evaluate the programme of work and team's structure, ensuring they are fit for purpose. Implementing policies and procedures, monitoring progress against the strategic plan and adjusting plans and strategies in line with a changing environment.
