This post is responsible for the management, performance, motivation and direction of employees; ensuring they meet and exceed all performance targets, quality and compliance standards are achieved and employer vacancies are filled with participants meeting their requirements.
This role is best suited to those who have previous experience as an office manager for a Financial Advisory firm.
Alternatively, those who have experience as a financial advisor, with an in-depth knowledge of the industry but are taking a step back from advice will be considered.
