The Night Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the development and acts as the primary point of contact for any issues or incidents involving customers, staff, or visitors.
You will utilise available resources - such as staff and contractors internal It systems - to ensure top-tier service, in line with management contracts, leases, and service standards.
To assist in the required onsite duties and provide excellent concierge services as prescribed by the General Manager and/or Facilities Manager.
