What is the role about? The Business Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of employment advisers to support caseloads of jobseekers into employment. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with Experience in sales management and delivery output Track record of working and achieving targets (at least 1 year experience) Experience in people management including training and coaching Strong administration and IT skills Assertiveness, Resilience and good Decision making skills A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma in combination with GCSE English Language Grade B or above (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). If you do not possess this level of qualification you will be required to achieve a Level 2 in a Literacy Assessment conducted at interview stage. Desirable Qualifications Interest in people and willingness to learn. Knowledge of welfare/benefits system. Degree or relevant qualification. Degree topics may include; psychology, sociology, social care/science.
