Project Manager required to work on a variety of refurbishment projects including alterations and decoration works. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a diverse and challenging range of planned maintenance projects across our villages and schemes nation-wide. The projects will be focussed on refurbishment, major repairs, alterations, building safety works, as well as managing works to ensure we achieve our goal for ensuring we meet our carbon net-zero target. The post holder will provide a complete Project Management/Delivery Service from inception to completion, working with in-house colleagues, contractors, surveyors, and consultants on multiple projects ranging in value from £10k to more than £500k. The post holder will be expected to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the projects and to effectively interpret client requirements and deliver all projects on time and to budget. Manage end-to-end delivery of planned maintenance programmes from scoping through to completion across our portfolio of villages and schemes. Create project plans and technical specifications ensuring works comply with all health and safety standards, CDM regulations, building regulations and internal quality guidelines. Ideally you will have a degree in construction related discipline and have worked in a client side organisation
