On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Technical Support team as a 2nd Line Technical Support technician.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote technical assistance to a diverse client base, addressing their hardware and software-related issues, and ensuring exceptional customer support.

Our client specialises in selling new and used machinery into the Construction and Industrial industries and then aim to provide those machines with the finest level of product support.
One in eight week on call rota.
Core Hours: 40 hours working week, 08.00 - 16.30 hours.
You'll be supporting employees and the infrastructure by diagnosing issues as well as making sure service desk calls are triaged and dealt with in a timely manner.
