As a Shift Manager you will be managing a manufacturing team to ensure all daily orders are completed in full and on time and to the required safety and quality standards.
There are approximately 80 factory staff on site, and you will have ad-hoc responsibility for managing all areas of the factory from time to time, however your core focus will be in food preparation and washing.
