Responsibilities include
Planning and scheduling work orders, without exceeding available capacity, to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
The Production Team Leader will manage a small team of 5 Operatives and also be required to assist with the timely delivery of high-quality, finished products.

Working in a fast paced production environment with the primary responsibility of monitoring and supervising a team by, removing, inspecting, folding, and packing, completed coffee product ready for customer despatch on time.
