Production Manager: Our client is a West Yorkshire headquartered manufacturer looking to appoint a Production Manager for their fast paced volume production site.
Managing around 50 people on shift at any one time the successful Production Manager will have previous experience of shift work and leading a team to meet daily KPI's, preferably in a time sensitive, lean focused, volume manufacturing environment (food, plastic, glass, electronics etc).
Knowledge of lean, continuous improvement and six sigma would be beneficial
Reporting to the Factory Manager the Production Shift Manager will be responsible for managing their shift, whilst ensuring products meet the highest specifications in line with customer requirements, budgeted targets and company policy.
