The Production Department Manager is a pivotal role within our clients' operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.
This role involves managing and motivating the production team, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement within the production environment.
You will create and maintain key Relationships with Internal teams, (Senior Management, Team Members, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, HR, Finance, Quality, Stores, and other production departments), including external customers.
Working closely with the Production Manager the Production Co-ordinator will be responsible for; overseeing the production process, coordinating with various departments to ensure production goals are met and orders are completed efficiently meeting customers' required delivery dates.

Working in a fast paced production environment with the primary responsibility of monitoring and supervising a team by, removing, inspecting, folding, and packing, completed coffee product ready for customer despatch on time.
The Role
Keep waste to a minimum and ensue all machine problems are reported timely to the Shift Manager to maintain maximum machine efficiency, adhering to health and safety and personal hygiene rules at all times.
Train, monitor and supervise shift packing line staff to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality to ensure all coffee products are packed to the customer's specification by ensuring all machines are set-up and working well.
You will be working with a small and friendly production shop floor team, helping and learning from specialist machine operators how to put coffee related products together from a green bean to finished high quality product, ready for customer despatch.
The Role
Load materials and products into package processing equipment, ensuring all equipment, machines and production areas always comply with health and safety and personal hygiene rules.
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met, removing completed or defective products or materials, placing them in designated locations.
The post holder will be responsible for accurately producing work in line with job specifications.
You will be required to handle the day-to-day finishing within the department, whilst upholding company quality control practices and ensuring high quality of work is produced.
You will be using a range of machinery including Jet lam 2000 laminator, Pro62 laminator, Miller weld master, Fiab HF Welder and Fotoba 3.2 and 1.6.
