Position Overview: As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality management system, organise and lead inspections, ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of two quality professionals, develop and implement quality control procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Develop, improve and maintain the company's quality management systems (IATF16949 & ISO 9001, working towards ISO 14001). Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency. Lead and develop a team two of quality assurance professionals, providing coaching, training, and guidance as needed. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage internal and external supplier audits. Liaise with External Certification bodies. Appropriately manage Non-Conformance through liaising with Customers, tracking and reporting Cost of Quality and presenting data in Internal rework. Qualifications: Preferred 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and quality tools and methodologies specifically ISO: 9001 & IATF 16949. Internal and external Audit experience. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
