In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall management of a site with approximately 5 employees. You'll ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while strategically planning and managing budgets. Your technical expertise will be key in handling electro-mechanical tasks, managing system improvements, and leading your team to success. Here's what you'll be doing: Oversee all aspects of the site, managing the engineering operations team in a fully automated distribution centre. Develop and lead your team, providing technical and regulatory training. Strategically plan and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Respond to electro-mechanical tasks and manage system improvements. Become the on-site point of contact for all customer needs, delivering rapid and effective support.
