Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Ranger Operative / Ground Maintenance operative to assist in the management, maintenance and development of the Queen's Park to the highest of standards for the benefit of the public and to ensure specified standards set by the Corporation are maintained. Weekly hours: 8.5 hrs shifts with 1 hours unpaid break Working hours: 1pm to 9:45pm - Saturday and Sunday (1 day a week) Pay rate: £16.53 PAYE basic Location: Kingswood Avenue London NW6 Main Duties & Responsibilities To assist with undertaking daily patrols to provide advice and information to visitors. Report and carry out minor repairs where practical e.g. fence repairs, drain/gully clearance, cleaning and updating notice boards. To assist with sweeping and maintaining pathways and helping with waste and recycling. To assist with cleaning Public Toilets To assist staff with incidents and to provide support enforcing the Park byelaws and preparing written reports on any incidents that occur on the Park to ensure accurate records are kept. Covering the busy summer period ensuring the Park is free from litter, toilets are cleaned and bins are emptied! INDLS
