We are recruiting for production operatives to join a large and growing manufacturing company within electronics on a temporary basis in the Newhaven area.
A large and well established manufacturing company in Lewes are looking for a Warehouse Operative to work in the Stores or Despatch area of the production and warehouse team.
This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday and paying £24,748 per annum.
You'll be in the warehouse working in either Despatch or Stores where you will be despatching goods, working in goods out and managing stock control.
Our client is a world class manufacturing business with a large, modern manufacturing site in Lewes, this role will require the succesful candidate to work off-site in client premises throughout the UK, and when not on site with clients you will work from the Head Office in Lewes.
You will be responsible for all aspects of technical support for clients around the UK, This will include installations, repairs and understaking new site surveys and reviews and will require overnight stays away from home and a full UK driving license for occasional use of the company vehicle/van.
This rile is not hybrid - when based in Lewes you will be working alongside the Sales, R&D and production staff to ensure total client satisfaction.
My client is looking for a Yard Operative, you will be working in the yard and warehouse, and be the first and last point of contact for customers visiting the branch, so you play a huge part in delivering a fantastic customer experience.
As a Yard Operative you will need to deliver excellent customer service in the yard, through accurate picking & packing, excellent product knowledge and demonstrating best practice in regard to Health & Safety.
The role involves building strong customer relationships with our trade and retail customers and ensure we are consistently delivering to expectations and needs.
We are recruiting for a manufacturing operatives to join our clients busy team, this role would suit someone looking to continue to develop a career in manufacturing or keen to take first steps into a manufacturing role and happy to take on further training to learn how to assembly cables and harnesses and undertake light electrical assembly.
