Major Players are working with a dynamic and innovative production studio entering an exciting phase of growth. As leaders in their field, they specialise in producing a diverse range of content and campaigns, from product shoots to large-scale endeavours, including long-form video and documentary formats. The team is driven by a passion for creativity and excellence, they we are seeking a Senior Producer to join us on their journey. This role will be a hybrid position and is initially working on a 9-12 month fixed term contract basis. Role Overview: As a Senior Producer, you will play a pivotal role in our production team, spearheading complex and high-value projects while serving as a role model for the delivery team. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will ensure that our creative vision is brought to life to the highest possible standard. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a "yes and how" mindset, consistently seeking creative opportunities and solutions to challenges. Responsibilities Provide dynamic leadership for the Creative Producer and oversee multiple client projects from inception to delivery. Contribute to strategic discussions and studio vision, driving service innovation and revenue growth. Review and improve delivery processes, ensuring high standards of execution and craft. Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Manage the in-house studio focusing on product shoots and contribute to costing and scoping approaches. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Requirements: Proven experience as a Supervising/Senior Producer in agency or similar environment. Strong understanding of production processes across ATL and BTL campaigns. Creative flair, organisational skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and post-production processes. Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in content production. Ability to adapt to emerging industry trends and digital platforms. Experience with international production or procurement processes is a plus.
