Production Leader Location: Paignton Hours: Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) Start date: 1st of May Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Production Leader who will drive and lead the production team to improve processes and procedures. The primary goal is to provide structure to deliver a first-class experience across all products and channels. Key responsibilities: - Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet all KPI's such as plan production builds, prioritise builds, and raise build plans. - Coordinate the picking of required stock and delegate builds to the production team.
