You will be responsible for ensuring production milestones are met inline with production, working closely with the Site Director and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement a robust production plant through collaboration and effective leadership.

With previous experience as a Production Manager, you will have managed a production or manufacturing business, preferably in engineering, ideally oil and gas or materials handling, be experienced in low volume high end engineered to order, with a proven track record of productivity and process improvements, along with project management experience.
Due to continued growth, a Production Manager is required in this niche market of Zone 1 engine conversions, being responsible for Production and Assembly, Safety, Quality, Lead time, On Time Delivery, Cost and Competitiveness, Flame Non-Transmission Testing (TNT) as well as providing exceptional leadership.
