Collaborates with R&D counterparts in other EMEA sites and teams, and R&D Enabling Functions (Culinary, Sensory, Packaging) to provide regional and cross-functional excellence across brands and sites in Consumer EMEA R&D.

As a CLO you lead and inspire the opticians team to deliver excellent patient centred care to ensure our customers and patients are supported to feel good in contact lenses.
You will globally lead, manage and coordinate all product relevant activities of the indoor portfolio with special focus on the goal definition for the product portfolio, creation of solid product briefs and provision of level one interface to all relevant stakeholders concerning product related topics.
Primary responsibilities are to develop and lead the implementation of the product line strategy as part of the overall sustainable growth strategy of the brand within the Group.
