Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve quality issues. Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions as needed. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address quality concerns. Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment (chrome-plating or surface finishing experience is a plus). Experience of internal auditing to ISO 9001 Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ideally AS9100/IATF16949 and ISO 9001). Experience with inspection techniques, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
