We are currently recruiting for 2 x Administrators to join a rapidly growing heating installations business based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.
Having successfully placed a number of people into this rapidly growing business, we are pleased to now be looking for another two people to add to the team.
To assistant and provide day to day administrative support to the wider Estates team.
Ensure all Estates Services Helpdesk, Reception, Car Parking, and general enquiries are dealt with and resolved by utilising the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and booking software.
To provide a first point of contact for internal and external customers.
Duties will include:- Maintain & provide a support service for the directors daily schedule, including planning of work load, and diary management.
We currently have a new ongoing temporary assignment within one of our clients based in Preston.
To be considered for this role applicants must have acquired previous PA work experience supporting a director coupled with exemplary organisation and interpersonal skills.
