You will be joining an excellent team committed to improving the education and wellbeing of all pupils. This role has potential to be a permanent role subject to a successful trial period. Roles & Responsibilities: Support students with social, emotional, or behavioural problems that affect their ability to learn. Actively listen to their needs and concerns and address / challenge behaviour that impacts negatively on the student. Provide tailored support whilst liaising with teachers, social workers, other educational professionals, and parents/guardians. Develop positive working relationships with both staff and pupils and act as a role model. The ideal candidate will: Have a background of working with children who require additional support.
