The Procurement Operations team is responsible for operationally managing all facets of the Procurement and supplier relationship management technology suite and supplier enablement lifecycle to ensure business adoption and that the system(s) works as expected.
The role serves as a system expert by providing training/guidance and solutions to users, producing reporting and in providing technical and administration support to buyers as well as supplier enablement/management to troubleshoot and resolve implementation, enablement, communication transmission, and invoicing issues across the whole end to end processes of Procurement.
What You'll Do
Serves in lead capacity providing guidance, training, being a subject expert and an escalation point with regards to Procurement technology to business users and suppliers.

Main Purpose of the job
