The role
Processing invoices in COINS workflow ensuring that MRS is updated, invoices match the order placed and the deliveries have been received.
To support the Site Management Teams and Quantity Surveyors by ensuring that the materials returns schedules are continuously updated in an accurate and timely manner.
The Procurement Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Procurement Manager in managing and delivering the procurement pipeline.
This position is responsible for assisting in end-to-end procurement activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a public sector environment.
