Logistics Manager Responsibilities
Communicating with suppliers (most of which are based in the Far East) to organise goods ready dates and consolidate shipments together from multiple addresses to ship goods in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
The role is wide ranging in scope and responsibility but will primarily be responsible for supporting the business requirements by purchasing assigned commodities to ensure quality, delivery and specification requirements are met.
You will work with the wider team to source new suppliers, negotiate prices/terms & conditions and assess supplier performance.
