One of my well established clients based across Surrey, Kent and London are looking for a experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team in their Great Bookham office.
This role is to assist the residential property team with opening files for purchase and lease of land or properties, carrying out AML checks, dealing with client queries, liaising with clients and third parities, carrying out searches and drafting contracts.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a residential property paralegal previously and able to work as part of a team and have excellent client facing skills.
My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 PQE and has a background in handling a range of Private Client cases such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
