The team offer a wide range of private client services including wills and trusts, inheritance tax planning, probate, powers of attorney and court of protection.
Our well established client is currently seeking a Legal Secretary for their Private Client department based at their Stafford office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary who has previous experience providing administrative and typing support to a private client solicitor or team.
The role will include typing and other administrative duties, along with speaking to clients and providing case updates.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious, and reliable full-time private client secretary, with the ability to work under pressure, previous experience of supporting a private Client lawyer, good communication skills, excellent attention to details and accuracy skills with a typing speed of 65 wpm.
Your key duties will involve digital dictations, laser form, diary management and organising outlook, inboxes, calendar and contacts, general administrative duties and liaising with Clients.
