The position of finance / costings administrator will involve
Working within a team to assist the business with costing and invoicing for client specific requirements.
Targeting an individual with an interest or experience in: fleet, contract hire, re-marketing, asset, logistics, auction house, strategy, leasing or dealership.
£25K plus excellent benefits package including 10% bonus, onsite parking, restaurant and gym.
The Job Costing Administrator should have excellent customer service and planning/organisation skills fulfilling the role to a high level particularly in relation to quality standards and client KPI requirements.
This role supports the Business Services and Operational teams from a financial aspect including but not limited to costing jobs using relevant schedule rates, invoicing clients, liaising with internal and external customers to resolve valuation and invoicing queries and profitability analysis to ensure the business is operating efficiently.
This role will switch to Hybrid following succesfull completiton of probation.
