As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses within your market and discussing exceptional candidates that you represent. What will you be doing? - Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales calls, meetings and using Linked In. - Negotiating fees and rates with clients to ensure you maximise your commercial output. - Managing client accounts and becoming their preferred recruitment partner through regular service reviews, and on-site meetings to set agreed SLAs and discuss job profiles. - Writing engaging job adverts and usual social media to source the best talent. - Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards and carrying out interviews. - Carrying out compliance checks ensuring they have the correct right to work. - Managing all stages of the process including interviews, offers, and start dates. - Maintaining regular contact with both candidates and clients.
