The successful candidate will play a key role in designing studies, providing crucial input to drive projects forward, and meticulously planning to ensure the timely delivery of designs and other essential development. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of studies and provide input to drive projects forward. Detailed planning to ensure timely delivery of designs and development documentation. Maintain expert knowledge in the field, staying up-to-date with the latest R&D workflows and scientific literature. Conduct antibody profiling in cell-based assays. Facilitate gene cloning through molecular biology techniques. Construct antibody libraries. Perform a range of analytical assays, including ELISAs and TR-FRET assays. Purify proteins using affinity chromatography. Analyse and interpret data, with a solid understanding of descriptive statistics. Optimize manual and/or automated diagnostic devices. Qualifications and Skills: PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline, with 2-4 years of direct experience working with antibodies and/or other recombinant proteins. Proficient in molecular biology techniques for gene cloning. Experience in antibody library construction. Skilled in conducting a variety of analytical assays, including plate-based immunoassays (ELISAs and TR-FRET assays). Proficiency in protein purification using affinity chromatography. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Experience in optimizing manual and/or automated diagnostic devices.
