Key Responsibilities: Support students in their academic and personal development, providing guidance, encouragement, and motivation. Foster positive relationships with students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Assist with classroom activities, group projects, and individual student needs as directed by the teaching staff. Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing feedback and reporting concerns to relevant staff members. Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for supporting student progress and development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students facing challenges. As an SEN Teacher at Buzz Learning, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised learning experiences and support to students with Special Educational Needs. You will have the opportunity to work with students aged 11-24, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally in line with our inclusive ethos. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of our young people. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the personal and academic development of all young people. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic needs of students are met effectively. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies to facilitate student progress and achievement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to promote continuous improvement. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Special Education Needs (SEN) or relevant subject area. Proven experience working with students with SEN, preferably within a school or college setting. Strong understanding of SEN principles, strategies, and best practices.
