General
As a PBS Practitioner, you will provide clinical support within both community and hospital settings.
You will conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments, develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs), and implement these plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, individuals receiving support, and their families.
We are looking for an experienced professional who has robust experience of supporting people who are off sick or at risk of going off to return to work or find new employment.
This person will have the ability to engage with both the participant and employer to ensure both parties are satisfied and in agreement about the way forward.
Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitionerwith PWP (BPS or BPBCP) accreditation, a postgraduate qualification in Psychological Therapies (IAPT) and experience of working in a supervisory role is required join a well-established Charity.
KEY REQUIREMENT: Applicants must be 18 due to prison-based working AND must hold a valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle as travel between sites or locations may be necessary
You will be working as part of the primary care mental health team at HMP Millsike and HMP Full Sutton.
