We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a housing association that specialises in providing accessible and adaptable homes, for a Neighbourhood Coordinator on a permanent part time basis (job share).
This role is offering hybrid working and 19 hours a week.
A valid driving license and personal vehicle are essential and mileage is paid at £0.45 per mile and is calculated from office to office.
Working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (subject to your preference)
Within the role you will manage a portfolio of accounts, with responsibility for managing and nurturing the relationships, having proactive conversations to ensure the best service and retain your clients each year, whilst identifying client needs and upselling to deliver additional revenue, achieving targets and continually improving customer satisfaction.
