About the role.
As part of the Panel Support Team, Training Officers are responsible for ensuring Hearings Coordinators complete a comprehensive induction training programme and have opportunities for ongoing learning and development.

Working collaboratively with the Senior Training Advisor, Training Officers will ensure the training they design and deliver provides Hearings Coordinators with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to deliver their role to the highest standard.
In some cases, this may include planned and preventative maintenance of equipment to support the operation of the plant.
