The Role: Campaign Manager Broker Products We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campaign Manager to take ownership of our campaign strategy and execution across our 1500 Broker Partners. Reporting to the Lead Campaign Manager, you will develop and co-ordinate integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and budgets. Responsibilities: Lead the Broker campaigns to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, TV, and Radio. Work with Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business development activity Development and implementation of measures and analysis to understand and improve campaign performance and reporting ROI. Working with our Insights and Analytics team to deep dive into performance data and identify new opportunities for marketing campaigns. Working closely with our in-house design studio to create best-in-class campaign assets. Utilising customer data profiling and segmentation to drive improved campaign performance Working closely with our marketing affiliates and partners to drive lead volumes and awareness Experience: 5 Years Campaign Management experience across Broker products, preferably across multiple brands and distribution strategies Significant experience specialising in marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix. Experience developing and delivering a campaign marketing infrastructure Proven record delivering customer leads at a budgeted cost through a complex sales funnel. Strong understanding of developing core marketing Hands-on campaign experience with a deep understanding of offline and digital capabilities, measurement, optimisation, trends, and technologies.
